NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT FOR A POOL WITHOUT SHOPPING AT LEAST 3 STORES, i.e. A LOCAL SWIMMING POOL COMPANY THAT HAS A RETAIL STORE. MOST STORES ARE OPEN 5 TO 7 DAYS A WEEK, YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIND THE STORE IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR A COMPLAINT. OUR DOORS ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK WE WILL NEVER HASSLE YOU ABOUT A CANCELLED POOL SALE.

READ THE FINE PRINT AND YOU UNDERSTAND THE FINE PRINT AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF NOT COMPLETING THE CONTRACT. IF A SALESPERSON SAYS YOU DO NOT NEED TO READ THE FINE PRINT, THEN CROSS OUT ALL THE FINE PRINT. HAVE THE SALES PERSON SIGN (AND PRINT THEIR NAME ) THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE FINE PRINT DOES NOT APPLY. KEEP A COPY OF THE CROSSED OUT CONTRACT.

CONSULT AN ATTORNEY BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT. TAKE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT TO AN ATTORNEY. ASK THE ATTORNEY FOR HIS OPINION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. ASK THE ATTORNEY IF YOU SHOULD SIGN THE CONTRACT.

IF IT'S TOO GOO TO BE TRUE...... OR IF THE SALESMAN SAYS OFFER ONLY GOOD IF YOU SIGN RIGHT NOW. THEN WALK AWAY AND COOL OFF.

DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM A COMPANY YOU CAN'T VISIT IN PERSON

If you have been treated unfairly it is up to you to call the BBB, and your states Attorney General. Bait and Switch "Marketing" is illegal and even if you don't buy from them, you need to help stop them.
Hold your ground and demand the advertised pool, if you can't get it.
YOU MAY HAVE A CASE FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

There are companies that use this illegal sales tactic, that don't have a lot of BBB complaint's, if you were pressured or coerced into buying a overpriced pool, and
WERE LURED IN BY A UNATTAINABLE ADVERTISED POOL
Call the BBB and your State Attorney General NOW!

3 Day Right of Refusal
You have the right to cancel a contract signed in your home, within 72 hours. Good luck trying to get that done in writing with proof of delivery to their offices. They are located miles away from your home, sometimes states away.
One company claims to have a "Office" in Nevada. In fact thier "office" migh be a mailing center, or attorneys office.
Do you feel like driving to Oklahoma, Texas, Nevada or Georgia?

  Deposits are Dangerous
Do not make any deposit.  That deposit will set you up for liability for the entire contract amount. Not just the DEPOSIT!
That's right they will ask for the entire contract to be paid, if you cancel improperly.
